Larry Stybel is an entrepreneur, a global CEO, and a Governor at the Institute for Career Consulting.

As founder of Stybel Peabody Lincolnshire, an Arbora Global Company, he grew the company from zero to 250 consultants in 31 countries. Larry established distribution alliances with the American Management Association and the Financial Executives International.

He is on the Advisory Board for the Solbridge School of International Business at Woosong University in South Korea. Larry was previously President of the Boston Human Resource Association.

As a thought leader in leadership, Larry writes a blog on leadership and career management for HARVARD BUSINESS REVIEW and is frequently published in HARVARD BUSINESS REVIEW and MIT SLOAN MANAGEMENT REVIEW. He received his doctorate in organization behavior from Harvard University and is a licensed psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

He was Elected to Board of Governors of the Institute for Career Certification. Founded in 1994, the Institute certifies the best career coaches based on experience. There are 236 Certified Coaches in 11 countries and 31 U.S. states.

MARYANNE PEABODY

MARYANNE PEABODY

Maryanne Peabody is co-founder and Vice President of Stybel Peabody. An organization development consultant, she has assisted companies in the areas of leadership effectiveness and career management since 1981. One of Maryanne’s areas of expertise is assisting individuals rising through the professional ranks to become leaders without their having received specific education in management. Her work includes the fields or law, medicine, accounting, professional services consulting, health care, technology, and education.

Prior to founding the firm, Maryanne held leadership positions in start-up health care organizations. Some of her accomplishments include the establishment of clinics in rural Texas, quality care programs in long-term care facilities and the framework for a home health care program for the City of Boston. Her health care management experience includes hospital, ambulatory care, community health, home health and long term care settings.

Maryanne was on the Board of Directors of the New England Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and a founder of NACD’s "Best Practices" seminar. She currently serves on the Board of a company that builds and manages assisted living facilities for low income elderly.

She is co-facilitator of the New England Human Resources Association’s VP Connection, a confidential forum for Chief HR Officers.

As an elected official and Chairman of the Town of Wayland's Board of Health, Maryanne also gained experience in key environmental health issues. She currently serves on the Personnel Board for the Town of Wayland.

Maryanne’s MBA is from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where she was the first recipient of the Hoblitzelle Foundation's Women in Business Scholarship. Maryanne has a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and advanced training in organization behavior from Columbia University.

Maryanne has been a guest on various national and local TV and radio programs to discuss career issues. Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, and The Boston Globe.

FRANCIS (Jay) HAINES, JR.

Jay Haines brings 23 years of financial management experience. He has held such positions as President, First Deposit National Bank of Tilton, New Hampshire; Senior Vice President, BayBank; Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager, BankEast, Manchester, New Hampshire; International Vice President and Strategic Planning Officer, Girard Bank, Philadelphia, PA; member of the Board for the New Hampshire Banking Institute.

Jay received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania and Masters degree from the Wharton Graduate Management Program

He was the subject of an "American Banker" article on how senior financial executives can develop career transitions to other fields

   
 

PAUL D. KUSSELL

Paul Kussell was CEO of a manufacturing company acquired in a management buy-out with Thomas H. Lee & Company and Berkshire Partners. His areas of expertise include M & A, and global manufacturing. Paul has been active in the leadership of the Associated Industries of Massachusetts and is a member of the World Presidents Organization (WPO). He received a B. A. in economics from Syracuse University and an M. B. A. from Suffolk University.

WARREN R. RADTKE

Warren Radtke began his career in the finance area at General Electric. He later entered the career management field and became Executive Vice President of a global retained search firm. He Helped take the company public. In addition to his executive coaching work, Warren is regularly consulted on corporate governance. He is an internationally recognized executive coach and maintains close ties with graduates of the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Warren is a graduate of Northwestern University and the Episcopal Divinity School of Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is a Trustee at the Huntington Theater in Boston and serves the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts in a variety of capacities.

   
KEN WHITE

KEN WHITE

Ken began his career as an engineer and then moved into management. He was CEO of two companies and then acquired a career management firm. He successfully sold the firm to a global player in the industry. Ken divides his time between Stybel Peabody and MIT, where he provides career counsel to Sloan School of Management Alumni. He received his B.S. from Yale and his M.S. in Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
